Bookkeeping

The first thing I will do is setup a free consultation telephone call or in-person meeting with you that will help us better define the services you need. We’ll go over what sources of income and expense you have (PayPal, Stripe, Square, Etsy, eBay, etc.) and create a plan for delivering me your information. If you choose to have me review the bookkeeping you’ve done, I’ll need access to the accounting program you’re using, or the Excel file that you use. I’ll make a list of suggested changes (if any) and you’ll get the accountability you need to keep up with the bookkeeping.

I offer two options for bookkeeping. A very hands-on all-inclusive option and a bookkeeping review that oversees your preparation and advises on steps you need to take. Details and prices for these services are included below:

Be Your Own CFO
Your DIY bookkeeping resource. This course covers how to set up your business, explanation of sales tax and self-employment tax, how to set up a usable bookkeeping system, how to pay yourself and others, and common tax deductions and how they work for your business.

Bookkeeping Package
Get back to doing more of what you love and focusing on the fun part of your business. I will import your transactions via bank feeds, categorize income and expenses, and reconcile the linked accounts. I will personally review the bookkeeping each month so you’ll have two sets of eyes on your books, making sure things are done correctly.
